The Veranda Suite (previously named The Bothy) is a sanctuary defined by a rare fusion of exotic influences and traditional Cotswold character. Curated by our founder, the residence is a masterclass in tactile design, blending heritage architecture with intricate, global decor.
This 586 sq ft ( 54sqm ) residence is designed as the ultimate couples' retreat. Every detail from the architectural timber to the curated interior has been selected to provide a sense of charm and calm. The Veranda Suite offers a soulful, creative environment for a restorative countryside getaway.
The property features a signature spa-style bathroom, designed as a private sanctuary for relaxation.
Outside, the exotic-inspired veranda with a space heater provides a unique sheltered space to enjoy relaxing moments.
Guests also enjoy exclusive, quiet access to the estate’s landmark Terraced Gardens with sunset views over the Cotswold hills as well as access to Top Field Jogging Trail

The Coach House is a detached, dual-level sanctuary defined by earthy textures, heritage timber, and a great sense of space. Moving away from the clinical artifice of standard properties, this 950 sq ft (88 sqm) residence celebrates tactile materials, history, creativity and vernacular architectural beauty.

The upper floor is designed as a continuous master wing, featuring a vaulted bedroom and a mirroring 140 sq ft (13 sqm) Dressing & Luggage Room. This layout ensures your sleeping quarters remain a pure, uncluttered sanctuary. Versatile by design, the Dressing & Luggage Room has a daybed and a folding bed, allowing the space to transition seamlessly for young families.

The suite is served by two bespoke, stone-finish spa-style bathrooms. The ground floor offers a deep, inset Villeroy & Boch bath sanctuary for slow restoration, while the upper floor features a central spa shower room.
From Spring 2026, the suite’s footprint expands into its own private garden and a 180 sq ft (17 sqm) covered veranda with an outdoor dining table.
