CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation & Staged Payment Schedule

Reservation Fee: A fee of 25% is required to secure your requested dates and immediately remove the property from the global market.

Bespoke Payment Phasing: For reservations made more than six months in advance, we are pleased to offer an interest-free Staged Payment Schedule. This allows the remaining 75% balance to be settled in monthly phases leading up to the final 60-day deadline.

Final Settlement: The total remaining balance must be settled no later than 60 days (8 weeks) prior to your arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, the full amount is due at the time of reservation.

Cancellation & Flexibility

24-Hour Window: We offer a 24-hour "change of mind" grace period. Cancellations made within this window receive a refund of the 25% fee, less the non-refundable payment processing fees (typically 2.1% - 3% depending on your card provider).

Standard Cancellation - More than 60 days’ notice: The 25% reservation fee is retained. - 60 days or less notice: The total booking value is non-refundable.

Travel Protection: As a private estate with limited availability, we strongly advise guests to maintain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen personal interruptions, as we cannot offer refunds outside of these terms.

Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans can change. Subject to seasonal availability, we may be able to reschedule your stay once for a future date. Please note that an administration fee and any applicable seasonal rate differences may apply.
